What the contact form asks for
The form asks for your name, work email, practice name, role, service of interest, permission to contact you, and an optional note about the business problem.
What not to send
Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, claim numbers, payer member identifiers, dates of service, diagnoses, clinical details, medical records, or other protected or sensitive patient information.
How RxRev uses your information
RxRev uses the information to review your business request and respond about revenue-cycle services. Submitting the form does not create a client, business-associate, clinical, or professional-services relationship.
What must happen before live work begins
RxRev and your practice must establish the applicable agreements, approved access, safeguards, responsibilities, and human-review requirements before any live revenue-cycle work begins.
